The Objective behind creation of this umbrella facility is to support government and non government organisations in India as well as other developing nations towards building their capacity in the areas of traffic engineering, traffic enforcement , driver training, development of related standards and traffic legislation, accident investigation, road safety education, public health for road safety and post crash management.
